At this time of my life, my main focus or goal, is my growth as a spiritual being.  One of the most satisfying ways to achieve that goal is to share with others who I am and what I know.  Then, it is I who becomes the student.

Within this website, I attempt to discuss a lot of which really is hard to put into words.  For instance, 'being in the moment' means exactly that..but it is not a thinking process.  And, of course, we, especially in the West, identify completely with our minds.  Without our ego, our 'name', our careers, etc., we cannot imagine what else could be.  I am here to try to help you realize that you are A SPIRITUAL BEING HAVING A PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE.  If you must use your mind for a moment, think about those words and the actual meaning behind that concept.

Now think about how the western world teaches us completely the opposite.  "I think, therefore, I am" .. or as western religions view us... a product OF GOD..FROM GOD. 

How about the notion, we are GOD.  We are all that is ... and the only way we can connect to that Energy, That Oneness, is by being in the Moment.

We all realize, however, that we do, in fact, live in the physical world also.  The services that I provide are all done with the positive intent to help you in whatever way I can... be it through Now Reiki, Quantum-Touch,  Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Counseling, Aura Cleansing, Sound Healing Therapy, Crystal Healing, meditation, or just practicing living in the NOW.

My intent is also to share with you some of the wonderful ideas that people share with me.  To help us through our journey ...  to keep us in the moment and enjoy this physical experience with all the love and joy possible.
